Training |
Promatch Solutions offers a variety of training options to our clients:
- Initial training classes - Promatch provides all new MLS clients with classroom training instruction. Training classes are generally limited to groups of 20 or less and last approximately 2 hours per class. We will schedule as many classes as needed.
- Additional hands-on or classroom instruction - Promatch training instructors provide training after initial installation at an expenses only cost. Hands-on training requires a computer lab in the local association that is equipped with hardware that meets the minimum Promatch software requirements. Hands-on training provides a much broader classroom experience and allows users the opportunity to work through the application's features.
- Online Training – Promatch Solutions offers supplemental on-line training. Online training is free of charge. Each participant will need access to a speaker phone and a computer with a high-speed Internet connection. Classes last approximately 1 hour.
- Advanced MLS software training - Promatch can provide enhanced MLS system training as needed. Advanced training covers the same material as Initial and Hands on training plus provides some of the advanced features of the Promatch ILS system. Advanced training can be done on-site or online.
