Our Company
Promatch Solutions has been a trusted leader in data integrity and system performance from printed books to MLS systems for over 43 years. Promatch Solutions was founded on April 1, 1967 in Dayton, Ohio.
Since its inception, Promatch Solutions has been regarded as a premier provider of MLS solutions to the Real Estate industry. Throughout our evolution from print to mini-computers to distributed networks to the Internet, our legacy of quality and easy-to-use MLS systems has followed us. Today, the Promatch MLS system is in its sixth generation We are the oldest MLS solution provider in the country, have built more generations of MLS systems than any other provider, and have repeatedly demonstrated our ability to adapt to changes in technology and the Real Estate industry. Our sixth generation system, called promatch complete, once again leads the industry in technology innovation. promatch complete has benefited from the deep industry knowledge that accompanies over 40 years serving the Real Estate industry while taking advantage of the latest technology and the evolution of the Real Estate environment.
While the MLS world has moved to the Internet, Promatch has never deserted its roots. Today, in a fully digital print shop we remain a printer of note. Continuing to produce MLS books for our MLS clients, we have expanded our printing markets to include marketing collateral, assembled documents of all types including bound training manuals, instruction manuals, service manuals and print-on-demand applications.
In January 2009 Promatch Solutions merged with JK Digital Publishing, LLC dba Greyden Press. Greyden Press broadened Promatch's printing reach into the scientific and technical publication market while expanding our printed offereings to include hard case books as well as several e-book formats.
Supplying documents to companies of all sizes, Promatch Solutions and Greyden Press pride ourselves on our reputation for quality and on time delivery.
The future for Promatch Solutions is extremely bright. We have grown over 33% in the past four years, posting an 11% growth in the challenging year of 2009. We are excited about where we are headed. We continue to expand our customer base in both the MLS system world and the published document world. We are adding innovations to our products at a rapid pace. We cherish our customers who have been with us as we have evolved, some for over 20 years. And we relish the opportunity to earn new customer relationships based on the strength of our products and performance.
